People adore bread but, it contains high amounts of carbohydrates which are bad for health and weight. It is perfect addition for all kinds of food but people ignore him for the exact previous reason.

Today I am going to present you one solution for this problem. Here is one recipe for flour- less bread which you will love it.


  • 100 grams of cream cheese,
  • 3 eggs,
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder,
  • a pinch of salt and
  • baking pepper.

You should provide two bowls. In the first one, place the egg whites and the pinch of salt and in the second other mix the yolks together with baking powder and cream cheese. After mixing them separately, combine them by stirring slowly.

Place baking paper on pan; put the bread rolls on it by leaving enough space between them. Bake them in oven at 150 degrees for 25 minutes.

Put them in hermetically tight container after they cool. It will be perfect for making different kinds of sandwiches. Also you can use them as dessert filled with sweets.
